Targeted work designed to improve movement and reduce stubborn tension patterns. This style includes deeper pressure where needed, focused muscle work, and intentional pacing so you leave feeling more open and functional, not “beat up.” May include the use of instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (cupping, Gua Sha, or muscle scraping). If you are looking for a no pain, no gain type of massage, this is not it.
